CONTEXT
Transforming a physical dynamic into a business asset
The 'Lucky Key Box' dynamic already existed in Flexpro events: participants tried to guess how many keys were inside a physical box. The problem was scale and lack of structure: without a system, there was no participation control, data wasn't structured, and value generation opportunities were lost.
THE PROBLEM
The dynamic operated without digital support, resulting in manual data collection, lack of validation (duplication, human error), and rework in consolidation. The main failure point: without a system, there is no reliable data; without reliable data, there is no decision.
OBJECTIVE
Build an application to digitize guess collection in real-time, ensure participant uniqueness via National ID (CPF), automatically structure data, and allow immediate extraction for commercial use.

APPROACH AND AI IN PRACTICE
The project followed the principle of avoiding unnecessary complexity. The design was created in Figma and transferred via MCP to development with Claude Code. AI's role was to execute the complete system: frontend, backend, APIs, and database integration.
ENGINEERING DECISIONS
Local SQLite
Elimination of external dependencies and ensuring simple offline operation.
CPF as Key
Real unique identifier to prevent duplicate entries.
JWT + Bcrypt
Simplified and secure authentication for the admin panel.
AI-Execution
Building from scratch via AI for total control of logic and experience.

USER EXPERIENCE
Even as an internal tool, we prioritized UX: automatic masks, immediate visual feedback, real-time counter, and confirmation animation (confetti) to boost engagement.
RESULTS
Zero Errors
Complete elimination of manual collection and human errors.

Immediate generation of a database ready for commercial use.
